Who we are

KD Virtual is the responsible party for personal information collected through this website, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). You can contact us at kdvirtual@consultant.com.

What we collect and why

When you request a discovery call, we collect:

• your name and email address, so we can reply to you;
• your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it;
• your industry and what you would like to hand over, so we can prepare for the call.

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and arrange the call. We do not sell it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it goes

This website does not keep a database of enquiries. Your request is sent by email to the KD Virtual inbox and kept there for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows.

These service providers process information on our behalf:

• Vercel, which hosts the website;
• Resend, which delivers the enquiry email to us;
• Cloudflare, which checks that a form submission comes from a person, not a bot.

To protect the form from abuse, your IP address is processed briefly by Vercel and Cloudflare. We do not store it.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally, so there is no cookie banner on this site.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email kdvirtual@consultant.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
